Our Jewellery Production Process.

We begin by helping translate artistic concepts into production-ready designs, with an in-house CAD team to create detailed digital models so you can visualise the design before committing to production.

If you’re thinking of transferring your jewellery production, we’ll also support your transition, working with you across existing moulds or models to help you achieve more.

We work with 3D printed wax for direct casting, 3D printed resin moulds, traditional moulds and models from files we print. Our focus is always on quality and accuracy for single productions, bespoke pieces, short runs and mass production. Plus, our mould-making and storage solutions support consistent quality for all future production runs.

Our busy casting shop casts all major alloys daily with an extensive selection of casting alloys available, including; 9ct, 14ct, and 18ct yellow, red and white gold, as well as platinum. Plus we’re proud to offer casting in a range ethical and sustainable options too, including SMO.

All cast pieces are fully inspected before finishing, where our experienced team refine the piece and complete any planned works ready for stone setting (if required). Once the stone setters have completed any stone settings, it is on to the final stage, polishing, ensuring your perfect finish.

All cast pieces are fully inspected before finishing. Our experienced team then begin the detailed process of assembly, buffing, soldering and polishing a piece. Meticulously preparing the piece for stone setting, making sure every element is flawless. Once the hand-cut settings are complete the piece moves to the final stage, polishing, to ensure a perfect finish.

When pieces are available they move seamlessly to in-house hallmarking, supplied by our Birmingham Assay Office sub-office. With fast turnarounds and both alloy and sponsor marks available we’ll complete a final inspection before carefully packaging for safe shipping.
