Using advanced CAD software, we create highly detailed digital jewellery models with exceptional precision and accuracy. CAD modelling allows designs to be refined, visualised, and prepared for production efficiently while maintaining complete design control.
High-resolution 3D printing allows us to rapidly produce highly detailed resin models directly from CAD files. This technology supports rapid prototyping, complex design development, and efficient production workflows while maintaining exceptional accuracy.
Our integrated manufacturing process brings together craftsmanship, technology, and quality control to produce finished jewellery to the highest standards. From bespoke commissions to larger production runs, every piece is managed with precision and consistency.
Our 3D scanning capability allows physical pieces to be accurately digitised for replication, modification, redevelopment, or production. This process captures intricate detail while creating greater flexibility throughout the design and manufacturing journey.
Finishing is where craftsmanship and attention to detail come together. From polishing and assembly through to stone setting and final quality control, every piece is carefully refined to ensure exceptional presentation and performance.
Our production capabilities support everything from one-off bespoke pieces to scalable jewellery collections. By managing every stage internally, we maintain greater control over quality, lead times, and consistency across every project.
Through our on-site Birmingham Assay Office sub-office, hallmarking is fully integrated into our manufacturing process. This allows for faster turnaround times, improved traceability, and reduced handling while ensuring every piece meets UK hallmarking standards.
