We cast all major alloys daily, Monday to Friday, so most orders move quickly through our in-house process. Exact timelines depend on the complexity of the piece and the casting method used.

No — while we're based in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter, we cast for retailers, brands, and designers across the UK. For London-based jewellers, we also ship orders to our Hatton Garden trade counter at no extra cost.
